The Plymouth facility, with 58 thousand square feet of manufacturing floor and approximately 100 employees, is responsible for sales, customer service, and applications support for the North American market. The HF lasers, with powers up to 8kW, and RF radio frequency excited 4 & 5kW lasers are manufactured in Plymouth, Michigan. The Plymouth Center For Process and Application Expertise provides extensive after market support capabilities including: extensive customer training and demonstration areas; 24 hour/7 day per week availability of technical and Field Service support; and access to over $18 Million dollars of on hand spare parts inventory.
